All our watches include a 12-month limited warranty covering mechanical defects, in addition to any remaining manufacturer warranty.
Can I resize the watch band before shipping?
Absolutely. Provide your wrist measurement in the order notes, and we will professionally size the bracelet for you free of charge.
How should I maintain my automatic watch?
We recommend a professional service every 3-5 years and keeping the watch in a winder when not in use to ensure lubricant consistency.
Do you accept trade-ins?
